2. Description of Service

RestaurantHub provides a multi-restaurant management platform that enables:

• QR code-based ordering system for customers
• Real-time order management for restaurants
• Menu and table management tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Admin dashboard for platform management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Approval

Restaurant accounts are subject to admin approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any registration at our sole discretion.

4. Restaurant Responsibilities

As a restaurant using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate menu information, including prices and descriptions
• Keep menu items and availability status up to date
• Process customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Handle customer data responsibly and in accordance with privacy laws

5. Customer Orders

5.1 Order Placement

Customers can place orders through QR codes provided by restaurants. Orders are subject to restaurant acceptance and availability.

5.2 Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel pending orders before they are marked as "preparing". Restaurants may cancel orders at any time with appropriate notification to the customer.

5.3 Payment

Payment processing and terms are handled directly between restaurants and customers. RestaurantHub is not responsible for payment disputes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RestaurantHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• To collect or track personal information of others without consent
• For any fraudulent or illegal purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

RestaurantHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
